Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security standards, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of network security, application security, and system security.
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and security monitoring.
  • Understanding of security threats, attack vectors, and common vulnerabilities.
  • Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, vulnerability scanners, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of incident detection, investigation, and response processes.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • English proficiency: B2+.

Role scope

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems, networks, and applications for potential security threats and suspicious activities.
  • Identify, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation of identified security issues.
  • Analyze security logs, alerts, and incidents to identify potential threats.
  • Implement and maintain security controls and monitoring solutions.
  • Conduct security assessments and contribute to risk management activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, development, and infrastructure teams to implement secure solutions.
  • Support incident response, investigation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to improving the organization's overall security posture and security processes.
