SaaS Development
Who hires us for SaaS
SaaS is our home turf: Inflow CRM and our AI Agents Suite are subscription products we architect, bill, monitor, and scale ourselves. When we build your SaaS, the multi-tenancy model, the billing edge cases, and the "what happens at 1,000 customers" questions are answered from experience, not blog posts.
- Founders building a new SaaS product from validated demand
- Agencies and service businesses productizing their internal tools
- Companies whose single-tenant app now needs to serve many customers
- SaaS teams stuck on an early codebase that no longer scales
The decisions that make or break a SaaS product get made in week one: tenancy model (shared schema, schema-per-tenant, or hybrid), billing architecture (Stripe subscriptions, usage metering, plan migrations, dunning), and the permission system that enterprise buyers will interrogate. We design these deliberately at the start, because retrofitting any of them into a live product is an order of magnitude more expensive.
A typical engagement takes a SaaS from concept to paying customers: discovery and architecture, an MVP with the core workflow and self-serve onboarding, then iteration toward the features that reduce churn — admin analytics, integrations, API access, and role-based team accounts. For existing SaaS products, we also take over modernization: untangling early technical debt while the product keeps serving customers.
Process
How an engagement runs
Discovery
A free call, then a short discovery phase: goals, users, constraints, and the smallest scope that proves value.
Scope & architecture
A written proposal with architecture, timeline, and cost — fixed scope or time & materials, your call.
Build in sprints
2-week sprints with a working demo at each. You see progress as software, not status reports.
Launch & iterate
Production launch with monitoring, then iteration month-to-month — or a documented handover with full IP.
FAQ
Common questions about saas development
Have you built SaaS products of your own?
Yes — Inflow CRM and our AI Agents Suite are subscription products we run in production for paying customers. The tenancy, billing, and scaling patterns in your build are ones we operate ourselves.
Which stack do you use for SaaS development?
Most commonly Laravel or Node.js APIs with React/Next.js frontends, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Redis, and AWS or GCP — chosen per product, not by default. Stripe handles billing in nearly every build.
Can you take over an existing SaaS codebase?
Yes — modernization engagements start with a technical audit, then improve architecture incrementally while the product stays live. About half our SaaS work starts from an existing codebase rather than a blank repo.
