Required Qualifications

Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang) at a Senior level.
Strong understanding of concurrency, garbage collection, and memory management in Go.
Solid experience developing REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
Strong knowledge of MySQL or another relational database, including:
Transactions
Indexes
Locking and concurrency
Query optimization
Hands-on experience implementing caching solutions with Redis.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.
Ability to analyze technical requirements and independently make technical decisions.
Good understanding of production environments, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
English — Intermediate (B1/B2) or higher.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven, responsible, and proactive approach to work.

Role scope

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and evaluate proposed technical solutions.
Participate in backlog decomposition, estimation, and implementation planning.
Design and develop reliable and scalable backend services using Go.
Develop integration services connecting the platform with external providers and government systems.
Develop and maintain REST APIs.
Implement functionality related to fiscalization and electronic invoicing.
Work with Kafka-based event-driven integrations.
Implement and maintain data storage and database solutions.
Implement caching mechanisms using Redis.
Ensure production readiness, reliability, and scalability of developed solutions.
Maintain service stability through monitoring, logging, and incident management.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Independently handle integration tasks after completing the onboarding period.
Participate in code reviews both as an author and reviewer.
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Proactively identify technical risks and communicate potential issues.
Justify technical decisions and contribute to improving engineering practices.
