Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack or Back-End Development within the technology or FinTech industry.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, distributed systems, and modern deployment practices.
  • Experience developing and maintaining data-intensive, client-facing applications.
  • Understanding of software testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Role scope

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and core application logic.
  • Build and scale a multi-asset trade and portfolio management platform.
  • Improve application scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and client-facing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write, maintain, and review automated unit and integration tests.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and proactively identify technical risks.
  • Participate in software architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to end-to-end feature delivery, from design and development to deployment and post-release monitoring.
  • Ensure code quality, system stability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
