Requirements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT/software development environment.
Experience managing multiple teams, products, or projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Experience managing project dependencies, risks, priorities, and deadlines.
Experience with project/product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1 or higher).
Ability to work with a schedule shifted toward US working hours, approximately 13:00–22:00 Yerevan time.
Ability to start within the next 2 weeks.

Role scope

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple teams and products within the Back Office organization.
Coordinate the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing Data Transformation systems.
Work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and other internal teams.
Define and prioritize product/project requirements, initiatives, and deliverables.
Manage project roadmaps, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Coordinate several projects and workstreams simultaneously.
Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and according to requirements.
Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies.
Organize and facilitate regular project and team meetings.
Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
Support product development and continuous improvement based on business needs.
Prepare and communicate project status, progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders.
Ensure effective collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
