Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT/software development environment.
  • Experience managing multiple teams, products, or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience managing project dependencies, risks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Experience with project/product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1 or higher).
  • Ability to work with a schedule shifted toward US working hours, approximately 13:00–22:00 Yerevan time.
  • Ability to start within the next 2 weeks.

Role scope

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple teams and products within the Back Office organization.
  • Coordinate the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing Data Transformation systems.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and other internal teams.
  • Define and prioritize product/project requirements, initiatives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project roadmaps, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Coordinate several projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and according to requirements.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project and team meetings.
  • Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
  • Support product development and continuous improvement based on business needs.
  • Prepare and communicate project status, progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
